ELLERCOVE / INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Ellercove Limited is the controller of personal information collected through this website and our direct enquiries. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15894411. Our registered office is Athene House, Suite J, 86 The Broadway, Mill Hill, London, NW7 3TD.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email yotam@ellercove.co.uk.
2. Information we receive
When you enquire, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode, property details and message. We also keep relevant correspondence and information you choose to share with us.
Our website and hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and security logs. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the general enquiry form unless we have asked for it through an appropriate channel.
Information usually comes from you. If someone enquires on your behalf, we may receive it from that representative.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer questions, assess whether we can help and take steps at your request before entering a contract. Where we provide agreed services, we use relevant information to perform that contract.
We also have legitimate interests in managing business correspondence, keeping proportionate records, improving our service and protecting our website against misuse. We consider your rights when relying on these interests.
We may process information to meet legal obligations, including accounting requirements, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where consent is required, for example for optional marketing or non-essential tracking, we will ask for it. An enquiry does not itself sign you up to a mailing list.
5. International processing
Some service providers, including Webflow, operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Where this involves a restricted transfer, we use the safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections. You can contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected. For enquiries, this depends on whether the enquiry remains active, becomes a client relationship, or needs to be retained to resolve a concern or legal claim.
Contract, accounting and legal records may need to be kept longer to meet applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us about the retention period applicable to your information.
8. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or transfer of information you have provided. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
These rights are subject to legal conditions. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Contact us using the email above; we will respond within the applicable legal time limit.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first, but you do not have to contact us before approaching the ICO.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our website or information-handling practices change. The date above shows when this version was last updated.
