Founder, Ellercove
Ellercove began with a simple conviction: a temporary address should still feel like a proper home.
Founded by Yotam Levy in 2024, Ellercove draws on more than a decade of experience across corporate, leisure and luxury accommodation. Yotam’s work in relocation involved helping employees, executives and families settle into unfamiliar cities, with all the practical detail that comes with a move.
That experience made one thing clear. A good stay depends on more than a location and a set of keys. It is the comfort of the furniture, the condition of the home and knowing someone cares when something needs attention.
Ellercove brings those details together. We care about how a place looks, how it works and how it feels to live in. We want people to settle in, feel looked after and choose to return.
